Inspectors report and adoption

The planning inspector will prepare a report outlining any changes that should be made to the plan, with an explanation of why these changes are needed. The content and recommendations of the inspector are binding on the council.

Within eight weeks of receipt of the inspector’s report, the Council is required to adopt the final Local Development Plan.
