Please note: Apart from Bridgend Bowls Club car park, all sites offer free parking. (You will need to buy a valid parking ticket and vacate the charging bay once your EV has completed charging at Bridgend Bowls Club).

Types of chargers

The chargers are manufactured, installed and maintained by Swarco UK Ltd. There are both ground-mounted units and wall-mounted units at various of our sites, and at most sites the option to charge at up to either:

  • 7kW AC - Slow charging
  • 22kW AC (or 11kW AC if your car does not accept a 22kW AC charge) - Fast charging

There are accessible chargers at each site for users with specific requirements.

How to use

The charge-points are operated by Clenergy-ev.

To use them you will need to register via the Clenergy-ev app. The app allows you to control how much you pay to charge.

There is a QR-code to the app on each charger.
