Porthcawl’s Hi Tide Inn hosts job fair

Local residents seeking new or alternative employment are invited to attend a job fair organised for Tuesday 7 February at the Hi Tide Inn, Porthcawl.

Set up by the Employability Bridgend Team alongside the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the event promises to involve many large-scale employers, from across the county borough.  Professionals at the job fair will highlight a range of available jobs, provide support in completing job applications or writing CVs, as well as discuss any relevant training required for a particular role.

This is a wonderful opportunity for people from the local community to receive the support they need in exploring employment options.

We have many established businesses involved in the event, including South Wales Police, Apollo Teaching Services, Awen Cultural Trust, together with many more. Attending the fair provides the opportunity to gain valuable advice and support. I’m very excited about this event - the result of the ongoing successful collaboration between the DWP and Employability Bridgend - I hope to see you there!
