Social Care Jobs

Our care workers help vulnerable people to manage their daily activities and to live as independently as possible, within their own home or residential settings.

We deliver care to older people, adults with learning disabilities, and children and young people in Bridgend County Borough.

Caring for others is a rewarding role, supporting others to live more fulfilled lives. It’s never too late to train as a care worker.

Experience is welcome, but not needed; we believe it is who you are as a person and the difference you can make that is important.

"I never intended to have a career in care, and my progression was mainly due to looking for the next challenge, but it turned out to be the best move I've ever made."
