Rent a garage or parking space
We own garages and parking spaces throughout the county borough which you can rent to store vehicles.
Blaengarw has two purpose built garage compounds on David Street and King Edward Street which are let out on monthly tenancies.
We also rent out spaces where people construct and maintain their own garages.
Please note: You cannot rent garages to store furniture, garden equipment or for use as a workshop, as condensation can damage them.

Terminate your garage or parking space tenancy
Please give one month’s written notice which states the date you would like your tenancy to end. Tenancies cannot be transferred to anyone else when they end.
Before the termination is accepted, any rental arrears must be cleared. If you fall behind with rent at any time, we may issue a ‘Notice to Quit’, and you will have to clear the outstanding debt. You must leave the garage or space in an acceptable condition.
